How Can chest Pain Along With Headache  be Treated?

I had a presidure done for svt 3 yrs ago. Two years ago a had sharp pains that woke me up from my sleep. The only way it felt good is if I lay up. Pains occur once a month or once every other month. I ripped my chest muscle two months ago and for the last 3 weeks pains in my heart would occur randomly every day. I ve been throwing up, have headaches, my upper back would hurt my left arm and both hands hurt.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Consult a cardiologist and get evaluated. We have to rule out possibilities like cardiac arrhythmia and angina( heart attack).

You have to get a serial ECG and echo test to rule out cardiac causes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards.
